We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will then refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@bbboutdoors.com with your Order Number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution for you!
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please email us at support@bbboutdoors.com with the size exchange requested. Once the size exchange is approved via email, please return the item to us in its original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will send you your item per your exchange request.
