Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Once approved, we will refund the full order amount minus return shipping costs.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@bbboutdoors.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.
Size Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please email support@bbboutdoors.com with your requested exchange size. Once the exchange is approved via email, please return the item in its original packaging. After we receive the item, we will ship your requested exchange.
